EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

TRADE SHOW SCHEDULE

Saturday May 6th - 0900-1800
Sunday May 7th - 1000-1700

EXHIBIT SPACE AND RATES

SPACE:    8x10 Booth
All booths are 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep.  Pip and drape backs are 8 feet high and the side rails are 3 feet high.  A 6 or 8 feet draped table is included, one chair and a complimentary booth sign.  Show colors will be green and white.  Arrangements for electricity, carpet and any other props are available at an additional cost through the show decorator.  Telephone lines are available through Alaska Communication Systems.  Additional booth rates are for individual companies paying for more then one booth.

RATES: 

Booths                         $525.00 per booth
Additional Booths          $425.00
Inside Static Rates        $2.00 per foot
Outside Static               $500.00 per aircraft

A deposit of 50% and a signed application will guarantee your booth space at the 2005 Alaska State Aviation Trade Show.  Space is assigned by date of postmark or fax date.  NO BOOTHS will be held without your deposit.  Floor plan is subject to change.

 

 

FLOORPLAN

Statewide marketing will include a direct mailing to all pilots, mechanics and commercial operators, Internet website, radio and news advertising, state and national news releases, and extensive media coverage.  We have secured hotel blocks, airline and rental car discounts for vendor participants, 24 hour security is provided during the show.
